A Full Accreditation Status was given to the College with admission quota of one hundred candidates for matriculation.

During the course of study, students attend clinical postings in different specialties of Nursing, to ensure they gain insight about the totality of health-care delivery.

Admission process

College of Nursing Sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital, Onitsha is recently accredited by NBTE to run ND program in Nursing.

Also, the college has a FULL Accreditation by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
This is to inform the public, prospective candidates and their parents/guardians that COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES ST CHARLES BORROMEO SPECIALIST HOSPITAL is admitting students into the ND NURSING PROGRAM for the 2023/2024 Academic Session
MODE OF APPLICATION
Candidates who score a minimum of 120 marks in the year 2023 UTME are encouraged to visit JAMB Accredited CBT Center for change of institution to College of Nursing Sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital, Onitsha
Once the Change of Institution is completed, candidates are advised to contact 07062645618 and 08104888168 for necessary guidance and assistance on the admission processes.
Dates for post UTME Exam will be communicated directly to candidates.

ADMISSION FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA(ND) PROGRAMME 2024

All prospective candidates who registered with the College for the 2024 Post UTME Screening should come to the college with the following requirements (original copies):
1. O’level results
2. Birthday Certificate
3. Local Government Identification
4. Marriage certificate (if any)
5. Photo card( given during registration)

Requirements for Admission into the college for 2023/2024 academic session.

To be eligible for Admission/Post UTME screening for the 2023/2024 academic session, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Choose college of Nursing sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital Onitsha as your first choice institution during JAMB registration.
2. Obtain a minimum score of 120 in the examination.
3. Possess five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry,and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
4. Be at least 17years old.
5. Have completed secondary school education and possess the necessary certificates.
Once you have confirmed that you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply for CONSOPost UTME 2023/2024.
